There seems to be a problem here. As drawn, the CH water comes out of the top of the cylinder, is heated by the PHE, mixed with fresh cold and comes out the hot tap.

People not familiar with CH systems, which is probably most DIYers, wont know what the A-B device is. Needs marking or abbreviation explained.
