Or maybe the powertools FAQ should be migrated here? Seriously: there is such a wide and constantly and rapidly changing range of types, models and makes of power tools that, perhaps more than in other fields (such as gas fitting) a wide range of people are likely to have relevant expertise they can contribute. I think people are more likely to contribute when they can just click 'edit' and add their contribution than when they've got to find out who to send their suggested changes/additions to, actually send them, then the recipient has to incorporate them and publish the revised article (perhaps involving sending it to the webmaster of the static FAQ).
